esa appeal superseded in error

Hi, :uns ure:
After posting (hree days ago I have now heard back fron the tribunal dealing with my esa appeal.
They have now re opened my appeal case due to sending me a superseded revised esa descision in error.
What I want to know is has this happened to anyone else and if so have you any advice for me on how tp deal with this matter.
I have now been informed I should get my esa hearing within the next six weeks.
Any info would be greatly received.

As you will see, unlike DLA appeals hearings where there are three panel members, there are only two with ESA appeals hearings.

Hi gorden,
Just angry that this cauld happen the tribunal clerk raised my hopes only to be let down the tribunal are still currently investigating as to why I was sent this revised esa decision in the first place.I was first turned down back in april 2012 when I only scored 6 points in my esa medical after bieng on ib for many years I Have sent in so much evidence from doctors consultants cpn and gp and to receive a revised descision in error has only added to my already decling health.
Just wanted too know if this has happened to any one else.
