DWP phone call: the beginning of the beginning?

I completed an A2 IS Review Form about fourteen months ago, the first since 2000. Last night I was telephoned by the DWP. The agent stated that my IS was to be reviewed. I could answer her questions over the phone or opt for a paper form. She emphasised the length of the form more than once, giving me the impression that that is the preferred method. I prefer a paper trail. Another A2 will be issued.

I have taken a look at the form online and note the following, “You may be asked to attend a Work focused Interview with an Employment Service Adviser.” I don’t think this was on the form I completed in 2011. This makes me wonder whether this IS Review is preliminary to transfer from SDA to ESA? Any ideas?

Moreover, when ought I to expect the A2 bearing in mind it probably had not been “processed” when the DWP person called?
