Are the B & W modulators able to provide an inking into any changes to ESA descriptors and regulations and any new WCA guidelines to come into force of 28th of this month? The 17th January post here is quite troubling: benefitscroungingscum.blogspot.co.uk/
I'd welcome any clearly established facts that are available.

We are hoping to have updated guides in place for the end of the month.

The changes only affect claimants who's ESA50 is issued after 28/01/13.

Am I understanding this correctly? From 28/1/2013 the only LCWRA activities/descriptors are those cited in Questions 1, 6, 7, and 8

No :)

The document only lists the changes, the other descriptors, both WRAG and SG still apply.
