I have had a quick look on the internet and could not find a copy of a DLA/AA GPFR, it seems they are rare, as seen on this old article on B&W :

However, there is a list of the questions in the docs that I provided links to.

You could see whether one has been made available due to an FOI request, here :

You could even put an FOI in yourself for one.
