New ESA50 timescale

Hi got, new ESA50 today, two points,

1. Was given 1year support group, should be reviewed in May 2013, got the form now. I think that is par for the course for these people.

2. I got form this morning, 29 Jan 2013' has to be back for the 21 Feb 2013. Post mark on letter inside 24 Jan 2013. This does not give me the new four week period to complete this form. Any advice on theses points. Thanks

1) Yes, we usually tell people to expect the reasessment forms 3-4 months ahead of time.

2) You have 4 weeks to return the form, counting from the date on the letter - so the 21st Feb is correct in your case. I realise that, given the need to ensure that the form is received by ATOS in good time, this actually gives you more like 3 weeks, but I am afraid that is how it is
