Also a 50% discount will also apply to those buying a tax disc who are awarded the Standard Rate of PIP Mobility and exemption if awarded the Enhanced Rate.

That is of course if any one can afford a car to use the Blue Badge, and receive the 50% discount on their road tax if they have lost their HR Mobility and been awarded Standard Rate Mobility PIP. instead :angry:
