Send copy of ESA50 to Decision Maker.

Hi would it be good practice to send copy of ESA50 to decision maker?

If so how would I find out where to send it?

Som people do like to send a copy of their ESA50, and supporting evidence, to the DWP Decision Maker. We used to suggest this as a matter of course but now leave this up to the individual. You should mark your envelope 'For the attention of the Decision Maker' and send it to the DWP address at the top of the letter you were sent with the form.
