Hello, I have received & filled out with the use of your guides, thanks very much. I have been on ESA (ir) (WRAG) since 2012, just a few weeks ago I got an ESA50 which I have sent back with letters from consulatants etc. My questions are, do I recieve ESA as usual until a decision is made? And can I get put off ESA without a face-to-face (WCA) I'm unsure with all the horror stories in the news everyday. It has been 3 weeks now and I'm just hoping for the best. Thankyou for all your guides, best £20 I've spent
Hi mb28, I am glad that yo have found our guides helpful
Unlike DLA, ESA is an indefinite benefit so you should continue to receive payment while a decision is being made. Not everyone has a face-to-face assessment but DWP cannot find you 'fit to work' without one. I hope this has reassured you a little.
