Would i have to carry on sending sick notes in(after 29th August 2013) to get the N.I.credits like i have to send them in at the moment to get the assessment rate while i'm waiting for the appeal to be heard?

I have done some more checking, and although I cannot find a definitive source for the information, I now do not believe that NI Credits are payable while you receive the Assessment rate, if your appeal is successful then in addition to a back payment of the missed monies, you would also receive the missing NI Credits.
