I attended my second work focused interview today, I changed to contribution based esa in september. I had ro ring and change my address and was told me benefit finishes tomorrow. I thought I had 365 days?

Looking back at your previous posts, you were put in the WRAG around August of last year, but you do not say whether this was a new claim or whether you were transferred from another benefit (IB?) to ESA.
If this was a new claim, then the 365 days includes any time that you spend in the ESA Assessment phase, so the 365 days will start from the date you applied for ESA.
If you were transferred from another benefit, then the 365 days starts from the date your previous benefit ceased. We have had several member in the last few weeks, who have received incorrect notices regarding when their payments would cease, which when challenged, have resulted in the payment stop date being moved to what they would have expected.

Thank you, I have just had a call from my advisor, I was told wrong. My payments finish in september. She cannot understand where they got that information, just that it must have been a new person who took my call. I can stop panicking now
