Dates on ESA 'change in rates' letter!

I migrated from IB to ESA and placed in SG (for 3 years) in June, 2012, and letter received had calculation of amount award on last page. Underneath this calculation, there were 2 dates. After making enquiry on here, these dates meant nothing to claimant and were only for dwp/jcp purpose of administration, or that is how it was explained.
Have now received new letter (which may well be the benefit uprating letter, which everybody would get every year) which again has page of calculations as to our entitlement in £'s, but again under this, is says in last sentence:
'The amounts on this page apply from 9th April, 2013 to 27th May, 2013.'
Are these dates again only relative to dwp/jcp, or is 27th May, 2013, a review date? (by my calculations, my review date should be around June, 2015-this would mean they are looking at me 2 years early!).
Anybody got the same, similiar letter and able to clarify what these dates are and hopefully nothing to get vexed about?
Many many, thanks.

Hi F1969,
The dates on a "Benefits Breakdown" letter are not pertinent to the recommended date of your ESA reassessment.
You will receive an new ESA50, (unless they decide on the pre-board check that you still qualify for The SG) when it is time for you to be reassessed.
This is generally 2 to 3 months before the end of the recommended length of the award.
Which in your case, should be circa March/April 2015.

Never heard of 'pre board check'! Does this mean that if they have enough information about me at march/april, 2015, that they will leave me alone...or is that just wishful thinking?
How would they be able to keep systems up to date (at 2015) or would this be in a simpler form of esa50, asking if there have been any changes to my health, chronic illnesses and disabilities, and if all 'the same' leave me in SG?
Also know that due to timetable my DLA not to be reviewed until after October 2015 (HRM and MRC).
TY again, on my OH behalf and mine.

Hi F1969,
Yes it is "possible" that this "could" occur at a pre-board check.
However, the likelyhood is that you will receive another ESA50 to fill in.
