I get all my prescriptions every month but rarely see the doctor. How do i prove that I am what i say I am. I do use a wheelchair as walking a few steps is to much pain. I have care 10hours a week from social services. I often look in pain but I also look well?? im 41 and have been ill since I was 28.

You might want to have a look at the following
The Transfer Process
and these FAQs
IB/IS/SDA transfer FAQs
Sometime after the phone call (about two weeks), you will receive an ESA50 questionnaire to complete, you will have four weeks to do this and return it to ATOS.
The best place to start is to go through our ESA guides, these explain the ESA50 questions in more detail and offer advice as to how you can complete them based on your condition(s).
You might want to see your GP to see whether they will help you and to what extent, as providing medical evidence with your ESA50 will help your claim.
If you have any specific questions, please reply to this topic.
