Hi
Just started to fillin the ESA50 03/11 which was sent 28/1/13. By initial date of desision on the guides does this mean when I was first awarded ESA a year ago, I am now being reviewed so would i use the old guide or partical new guide ?
Confused with all the changes !!

No, it is referring to when the Decision on your claim is made based on this ESA50, so you want the guides marked "'Old' ESA50 form, decision on or after 28 Jan 2013".

No, it is referring to when the Decision on your claim is made based on this ESA50, so you want the guides marked "'Old' ESA50 form, decision on or after 28 Jan 2013".
