ESA50 - Have we written too much? was created by chinwag
Hi, We've just filled out the ESA50 with the help of your mental health guide. It really took the pressure off to have such clear guidelines btw.
We answered each question as fully as possible on Word and copied and pasted to the downloaded pdf form. We managed to fill the relevant boxes and continued each question on either the the other information page or the extra sheet we also managed to fill.
I'm now a little concerned that we've given too much information and that they won't read it all so may miss something important. Some of the bulk is because of repitition of symptoms or examples of quite similar situations and I was terrified of missing anything out but now I'm scared of putting too much in.
Thanks in advance for any advice

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Hi Elaine,
It is better to have too much information than too little (and there is nothing you can do about it now anyway) so please try not to worry. All you can do now is wait and hope.
I notice that your username might be your real name. Many people prefer to use an alias on a public forum like this. If you would like to change, please follow the advice in this FAQ
My full name is showing, how can I stop it?

Thanks for the heads of re the name. I'm changing it now. We haven't sent the form yet actually. Just about to print it out so thought we'd check first.
