It's stated in the Atos WCA Handbook that if a person needs 2 sticks to stand then they are to be considered incapable of standing for the purposes of the Standing descriptor. Would you be considered incapable of satisfying the Standing descriptor if you can only stand with the aid of a walking frame?

I think the important thing with the two sticks is that it requires two hands to hold them, preventing a claimant doing anything at the workstation, so if you required both hands to be on the walking frame at all times, then it would b a good argument, but if you could stand with only one hand on the frame, then I do not think it would count.
