The Tribunal Service may come back and say what do i want it altered to ? ... and why ... if that be the decision given ?
I think my transfer to SG was as per Ortho Tortoise ... the 'unable to repeat' descriptor !
Thanks as always Gordon.

Just say that you have received a Decision Notice from your recenet appeal, but you are concerned that it does not reference the correct legislation, if they want details, then it only references the ESA Regulations from 2008 but you believe that the Decision was made under the 2011 amendment which is not on the Notice.
