Congratulations on the award.
The simplest thing thing is to ring the DWP as they should be able to tell you from their computer system.
Failing that, if you were on IB, then you will have been put on ESA(CB), if you were on IS due to Incapacity then it will be ESA(IR).
If this was a new claim, then it will depend on whether you were working in the two tax years before you made your claim.
