Need to bring myself uptodate PIP ESA

Hi

I followed the ESA forms whilst going through the IB to ESA I am in Support Group Contribution Based three years. I also receive Low Rate Mobility.

I need to read up on the DLA changes and how these will effect me, and to understand the new rules and the forms.

Also I believe the ESA forms have changed since me being put in the Support Group, so that means all that I have read before may not now apply?

Can you please give me links to what I need to read up on, and the new forms and rules.
