Thank You and a quick question was created by Q
Hi folks hope your as well as can be,well firstly thanks to the site and the people who answered my questions. I have now submitted my DLA reclaim and my IB to esa transfer claim forms. I dont have any response yet and I'm prepared to hear the worst but without a shadow of a doubt both my applications are much better than they would have been without your help so many thanks
Am I correct in thinking that while my IB to ESA transfer claim can be given to me without a medical that I have to be given a medical for them to take it away from me?
Thanks again

Hi Q, thank you for your kind words about this site. Fingersw crossed that you will get a decision in your favour without a lengthy wait.
Yes, you are correct. DWP can put you into an ESA group without you being seen but they cannot find you 'fit for work' without a face-to-face assessment.
