I asked for a review/supersession based on a change to my circumstances. I explained that I believed I now qualify for the support group because I believe my baby is at risk from the stress of the wrag group. I included a letter from my midwife who believes the same.
I rang today and was told to get an appeal form.

Did you receive a new ESA50?

Did you include any medical evidence with your request for a Supersession?

I included a letter from my midwife. I have received no ESA50, I was just told that they would not change their decision from october. And they have considered the new points that I raised in my letter.

I have just rang and asked for a whole new reassesment, they've said that they don't do that and that they will send me out a GL24 form. They said that only the terminally ill make the support group and it's harder for anyone else to get into it ?????

He completely refused a reassesment, he said all I can do is fill out the GL24
