Mrs Hurtyback
It has been accepted by DWP that I cannot turn pages of a book but I can press a telephone keypad. 'fine finger movements are not there but can press keypad'. Maybe I read Gordon's answer wrong but it took it to mean that the qualify for support group BOTH descriptors had to apply.
