Income Based ESA

There is no interactive ESA3 available on-line, so you may wish to contact the DWP and request one.

I believe that there is one that can be printed off on CAG :

I think that you have to sign up to CAG, and I can obviously not comment on any aspect of the ESA3 available there, and whether it would be accepted by The DWP.

Thanks again. It may be an idea to be able to print one off and get an idea of what information they are wanting. At 50 pages or so, quite a bit I would think!

My son has to complete form ESA3 as his Contributions-based ESA finishes on 16 August. On the form it asks for the date he wishes to be re-assessed (for Income-related ESA). I assume this is the same date, ie 16 August?

Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks
