Using the Benefit and work Physical and Mental health EAS guides I have just finished a 48 page ESA submission. Last time ATOS kept sons medical evidence form DWP. This time I've called additional info - Schedules 1 to 4. Reason for that is a schedule is part of a document rather than just additional info. I'm also getting pages bound to try and keep them together and of course I've done them in duplicate. Wish me luck.

Just had amazing news after phoning DWP, Son G is to remain in Support Group with next review in 3 years - I thought the longest was 2 years. We had no dealings with ATOS or face to face interview though I had pointed out that as G has Aspergers it would be of limited use.
I used the guides for both physical and mental health ESA forms from this website I'm sure it's what helped and got G straight through with no hassle.
