thanks bud, yes I have wrote extra pages stating things that I cannot do or how my condition limits and affects my daily lifestyle,I am sure that if I did have to have a medical I would be ok but I am just trying to avoid the stress of any medical examination. many thanks for your answers.

What i have read so far you seem to have done your homework, in case you are not aware you can also qualify for the support group under Reg 35, `are you a serious risk to you or someone else`s health at a work place', are you at risk from falling, side effects of your medication, take everything into account
