what to do sent of on monday recorded first class delivery eas form have in touch with them at royal mail they said they have no such ref no well not true l have the ref no please can you tell me what do next thinking of getting in touch with atos to see if they have maybe even got the form so please could you provide me with atos phone no thanks

You should be able to track the envelope with the reference number on the Royal Mail web site

Email: customer-relations @ atoshealthcare.com (remove the space around the @)
The important thing to remember is that you have proof of posting, this should be sufficient to deal with any problems if your ESA50 is delayed.

well thats what l thought refnum have emailed royal mail and there are saying that no such ref exists

hi there again just phoned atos and they said that it came in today bloody royal mail well was a waste of 1.70p not even second class but 3rd thanks for the atos phone number

From personal experience, and clients I've represented, I'd advise members to use Royal Mail's guaranteed next day delivery service which guarantees delivery before 1.00 pm and the signature can be tracked and traced.
It may be more expensive, but bearing in mind what's at stake I believe it's worth the extra cost.
