Tasks you struggle with on a day-to-day basis: I struggle with going out and being around people (other than my parents) more than once a week without extreme psychological distress. I find it hard to get washed and dressed more than once a week due to severe lack of motivation and low mood. I struggle with cooking/preparing food due to low motivation and obsessive compulsive behaviours which pose a risk to personal safety. I have have difficulties keeping up with my finances due to the anxiety and overwhelm it causes. Also taking medication regularly and consistantly I find hard and often skip doses or forget. Finally staying safe due to self-harm behaviours means I require my parents to check in on me often. |
Expected income you will lose if the Green Paper cuts are imposed: I expect to lose my standard allowance of PIP (do not get the mobility element), which could have the knock-on effect of losing LCWRA health element, meaning I would be pushed into absolute poverty. My mental health has worsened since the announcement in March and I feel very fearful of the future with little hope and serious thoughts of ending my life. |
Expected problems if you tried moving into work, with support from a work coach: Struggling to hold any job down due to being out in public and interacting with people causing extreme psychological distress. |
Anything else to tell us: Just thank you for caring. |
