| Tasks you struggle with on a day-to-day basis: Remembering to take medication. Needing support in kitchen to cook as my voices in my head control my thoughts and I am not safe. Can't go out on my own as I get very distressed and panic. Always have someone with me. Heavy medicated so find it difficult to do every day things. |
