Tasks you struggle with on a day-to-day basis: I struggle with every aspect of all personal care, cooking, cognative function, and all day to day tasks because of overwhleming fatigue, widespread pain, stiff muscles and joints. I am unable to stand for more than 5-10 minutes at a time and have very poor grip in my hands so handling hot pans and using a conventional oven is dangerous. I struggle with severe brain fog which hampers all types of communication and due to chronic migraine I am often bedbound.
Expected income you will lose if the Green Paper cuts are imposed: I don't know the exact figure, however, losing any of my meagere benefits would put me in serious finanical difficulties. I would not be able to attend medical appointments because I have to rely on taxis, I would not be able to afford specific foods for my dietary health conditions and not be able to afford all the medications I now have to buy over the counter because the NHS have stopped prescribing them such as Vitamin D3, Antihistamines for complex allergies and basic pain reflief.
Expected problems if you tried moving into work, with support from a work coach: I have not been able to work for a long time, having been dismissed from the NHS because I had too many and long periods of sick leave. On a daily/hourly basis I do not know how my conditions will affect my whole being especially due to chronic migraine, overwhelming pain and fatigue which renders me house/bedbound every day. No empolyer would employ someone like me with such unpredicatable health needs. Even making a cup of tea completely exhausts me and I have to rest for many hours afterwards.
Anything else to tell us: I am outraged that yet another Government is continually attacking the disabled and most vulerable in society. They constantly dehumanise, vilify and treat us as criminals, perhaps if they stopped taking their own extornate extra allowances such as thier HEATING ALLOWANCE of £300 they could give to those who really need it.
