Rate of PIP daily living component: Enhanced
4 point descriptor score: No
Possibility to score at least one 4-point daily living descriptor at the next review: not likly as they always downplay my needs
Tasks you struggle with on a day-to-day basis: cooking, washing, toilet,socialising,medication,dressing...
Expected income you will lose if the Green Paper cuts are imposed: 5500, powerty and pain, I would not be able to afford alternative therapies and treatments- only relive for my pain
Expected problems if you tried moving into work, with support from a work coach: can1t work
Anything else to tell us: The current PIP assessments are already minimizing the challenges we face, and the implementation of a four-point system will exacerbate the situation. Not only will individuals lose their PIP benefits, but caregivers for disabled individuals will also lose their carer’s allowance, resulting in a double loss. This will lead to increased hardship and poverty for many disabled individuals, which is inhumane.
