| Tasks you struggle with on a day-to-day basis: I cannot cook, my dad has to make all my meals, I cannot understand bills / I forget to wash, have to be reminded. I have a meltdown everyday because of loud noises and feeling so overwhelmed. I self harm and cannot be alone |

| Anything else to tell us: I am very scared, at the moment I have my dad but if I didn’t have my dad, I would be in in a deathly situation and have 0% support. I would end up dead but that’s what the government want. |
