Submission ID: 1165104
Date: 2025-04-10 15:10:38
Nickname: Crip6
Age: 45 - 55
Main health condition: Both physical and mental health
Main conditions that affect daily living: EDS , POTS , MCAS
Rate of PIP daily living component: Enhanced
4 point descriptor score: No
Possibility to score at least one 4-point daily living descriptor at the next review: Not at all
Tasks you struggle with on a day-to-day basis: Every task is harder.
A dynamic disability that can go from a migraine to dislocated hips within 30 seconds
Expected income you will lose if the Green Paper cuts are imposed: Alot , I haven't added it all together yet , as it won't be good for my anxiety
I am on transition too so 200 on that , money halved - at least - would mean 750 gone and I would definitely loose my ( incredibly reasonable rent ) home.
Where do I live if I can't afford extortionate ( private )rents that are out their?
Expected problems if you tried moving into work, with support from a work coach: Worsening symptoms from the anxiety of wondering how my body will behave that day
Will it be migraine and nausea or will it be sublaxed shoulders and dislocated hips ( for example )
Will I even sleep the night before , I usually manage between 2 and 5 hrs of broken sleep as it is. I'd be exhausted by lunchtime
Anything else to tell us: I don't see how you can blanket case everyone who doesn't score 4 in 1 part , to be ' fit for work '
Or find an employer, who will - willingly, accept that you may be sick and have to stay home or go home at any point in the day
Within 5 mins of waking up I can go from my normal baseline.to.excrutiating pain

I don't think they have spoken to any disabled people , or not a wide enough demographic.
Every individual is different
