Hi looking at the latest changes to PIP I am wondering what my position is ? my DLA was renewed last December and awarded higher rate Mobility and middle rate care,
I was 65 on September of this year, I was under the impression that I would be asked to apply for PIP sometime after October 2015,will these new effect me, hope someone can answer this.
Thanks in anticipation !

The changes only affect the roll-out of PIP in the short term, so some claimants who would have been transferred to PIP because their awards ended in 2014 or they had a Change of Circumstances will be re-assessed for DLA and transferred to PIP at a later date.
Claimants expecting to be transferred in the mid to long term should expect to be transferred as expected, in particular, claimants with an indefinite award will still not be transferred until at least 2015.
Claimants with a fixed term award ending in the short term or who need to report a Change of Circumstances likely to affect their award should refer to the PIP information in the Spotlight area for up to date information of what will be happening with their claim.

Looking back on your previous posts I see you have an indefinite award so nothing has changed, you will still be assessed transferred to PIP during or after 2015.
