Hi

Thank you very much for all the info from yourself and Jim.

It seems like a bit of a mine field, My original diagnosis was constitutional degenerative
changes from my lumber spine, these have deteriorated a my New MRI show some more moderate changes.

I would now most certainly follow these lines and not mention and Arthritic changes.

Causation was agreed from the accident/Fall as I returned to work for a couple of years later and was eventually retired due to ill health as a result of the accident. and received an ill health pension.
I will contact the fire brigades solicitors who dealt with my original claim to see if they can assist.

Glad I was able to provide some help.

I'm afraid I will now have to lock this thread, to stop others from asking about IIDB, which B & W do not really provide advice on as the law is so very complex.

However, I'd really like to hear how you get, so just put up a new post when things are sorted out.
