Just received the "Brown Envelope" I have been awarded standard rate care and enhanced rate mobility. However it has taken 11 months from date of application to receiving a decision, which in my view is really unacceptable. I would like to thank "Benefits and Work" for the help and advice which I'm sure has made the difference in getting this decision from DWP
