It seems that all Tribunal appeals that are decided on regulation 35 are now being adjourned because of the pending appeal by the DWP to the Court of Appeal following the decision by the Upper Tribunal (IM v SSWP).

Does this also apply to regulation 29?
The restriction did not apply to Reg.29 just Reg.35, however, it was lifted just before Christmas and no longer applies.
