Could someone please advise me because we have E.S.A medical to go to on the 26th of this month, however we have new medical evidence we can supply DWP (heart valve replacement) is it worth notifying DWP now? would they make a decision without the medical? Thanks.

Yes, it is worth sending the information to ATOS, it may mean that a face to face is not required, you should also send a copy to the DWP office dealing with the ESA claim, marked for the attention of the Decision Maker and take copy of the documents to the assessment if it is not cancelled and ask the assessor to read it before continuing with the interview.
