I would expect them to keep them for at least 13 months, DWP Data Retention Policy refers to a 14 month period although we know of members who have been able to retrieve data far older than this.
If it has been a couple of months or less then you should be able to just phone the DWP and ask for a copy, if longer then you may need to use a Subject Access Request (SAR).
