Hi k,
As seen below, your postcode, BH will not become PIP Active until 22/06/15 :
"From 22 June 2015 :"
The PIP reassessment areas extend to postcodes beginning: BA; BH, BN; BR; CR; CT; DT; E; EC; GU; HP; IG; LU; ME; OX; RG; RH; SE; SG; SW; WC"
From : This News Article.
Therefore, if you report your Change of Circumstances with a view to having a review of your current DLA awards to arrive in good time at DLA before 22/06/15, you should be reassessed under DLA criteria rather than PIP.
If you want clarification you could phone The DLA Unit, but that is how it should be.
See : DLA Changes and Renewals on : This page.

Hi k,
I am afraid that is a decision that only you can make !
However, the qualifying criteria for DLA Care, and PIP Daily Living (Care) are different.
For a start, there is no Low Rate Daily Living (Care) with PIP, just Standard or Enhanced.
DLA qualification is not points based, PIP is !
To qualify for Middle Rate Care DLA you must show that you reasonably require care throughout the day or the night.
For Higher Rate Care DLA you must show that care is reasonably required both through the day AND the night.
As you have a couple of months before 22/06/15 (although you should make sure that any DLA review request is posted to arrive before that date), my best advice would be to take our : PIP Self Test marking yourself very strictly to give you an idea of what if any PIP Awards you may qualify for.
N.B. PIP Mobility is much harder than DLA Mobility to qualify under for people with walking limitations.
You should also read through our : PIP Claims Guide. (2nd Link on page)
Included in the guides is a section on pros and cons of PIP and DLA versus PIP.
You could then read through our : DLA Guides

&
DM Guide DLA & AA
You can then make a more informed decision on how to proceed.
Failing that you could get face to face advice from The CAB or the like.
If you instigate a review of your DLA after 22/06/15 you will be reviewed under PIP for both Care and Mobility.
If you don't do anything, you can expect to be invited to claim PIP "sometime after October 2015" running until October 2017

Just to be clear, you will not have to transfer to PIP in June 2015.
That is only for claimants who have fixed term DLA awards due to end, or DLA recipients who report a change of circumstances for a review after 22/06/15.
As you have Indefinite Awards, you will be invited to claim PIP "sometime after October 2015" running until October 2017.
You do not have to instigate this if you do not want to. When your time comes for PIP transfer you will receive a letter.
