Been called for Medical, but have not made a claim

Evening Bro,

Just a quick heads up, basically it is from a non live claim of Incapacity Benefit, where although all claims of mine were closed in April 2015, DWP had still been paying my N.I Contributions on my old claim. And as they are phasing out IB and Transgressing to ESA.
eventually I contacted my CAB worker and she is going to write to them, as it was her who rang them last yr when they tried this then.. AND, this is where the confusion and enquiries lead.
