PIP Safely, repeatedly etc was created by anitairene
First of all I apologise if this question has been raised before, this is my first post. Can you tell me if the words 'safely' 'reliably' etc can be used in sentences describing my condition and how it affects me or are they prompts to remind the claimant to describe situations . For example is it alright to say that I cannot safely, reliably and repeated in a timely manner walk 20 metres........ or should I find another way to describe this. Has there been any feedback on what HPs think about these term being continually repeated throughout a claim? Thank you.

Reliably and it's four sub-definitions is written into the PIP legislation so yes, you can use it to talk about how your conditions effect you, the PIP activities must be completed reliably on the majority of days for them a claimant not to score points.
That said, just saying that you cannot reliably do something is unlikely to be sufficient for you to score points, you need to explain why you cannot reliably do it.
