Hi
Can you tell me if I,m allowed to take notes for myself,I have a pip medical next week but have very bad problems with my memory and need to write everything down.I,m terrified about this.I know that I will forget to tell them about many things unless I have notes to remind myself but I dont know if that,s allowed

Hi Mandy,

It is perfectly OK for you to take your notes with you - you should explain at the beginning why you will need to refer to them.
