Dwp pip MR underhanded conduct was created by fluffy25
Really really upset to have had a letter from pip to say MR has been looked at and no change in award!
I requested MR by phone followed up by letter and was explicit bot over phone and in letter that we are awaiting medical report and soon after will send in further info in support of MR
MR requested 3rd Oct and was told could take up2 8 weeks, medical report arrived 3rd Oct (afternoon) so my wife got letter of support from GP and psychiatrist on 5th Oct, I then went thru report and completed 15 pages of supporting arguments and this plus letters posted to dwp signed for on 10th Oct (the deadline to even just request an MR was only 12th Oct so was still within the 1 month). Low and behold we got letter today dated 13th Oct stating decision remains the same and no supporting info was used by DM as none recieved by there office by the date they looked at award!
They really annoy me as they knew further info was being sent and still decided to look at MR just 6 working days after the request (when most people wait 6-8 weeks) plus they had been told info on way! Dirty rotten to the core the DWP are and it makes me sick to my stomach that our countries government do this to dissabled British citizens, its not the youth (as David Cameron likes to blame) that takes the Great out of Great Britain its his Tory Government.... Shame on you all Westminister shame on you. One Big Society ay Mr Cameron... One Big Farcical Mess if you ask me

Hi Fluffy,
I'm afraid this is not an isolated incidence
There is another recent posts that deals with a similar issue, I think you will find it useful.
