My recollection is yes, although I can't point you to any posts. Hopefully some of the members will respond.

It's important to understand that PIP is not awarded because of the conditions that the claimant has but rather the limitations that result, so for epilepsy this may mean that you have issues of safety with preparing food or washing and bathing, etc.. have a look at the PIP Claim guide for a more detailed explanation of each of the PIP activities.
