PIP SUCCESS RESULT AND NO MEDICAL was created by wales
DLA to PIP.

My health seriously suffered with all the stress of filling, this pip 2 form. I absolutely filled it. Thankfully I was awarded Enhanced rate daily activities and Enhanced mobility on an ON GOING basis. I didn't need to attend a medical, or have a home visit :cheer:

I later received a letter stating they had all the info that they needed to make a Decision.
My thanks to this website for your inspiring files and thanks so much ALL other claimants for your advice. I truly believed sending them as much relevant evidence as possible; photographs, GP's letter, consultants letters, (some old some more recent). Fast tracked my claim in the system.

I recommend everyone thoroughly reads your Pip 2 Guides , underlining sentences and use lots of highlighter pens.

DWP actively ask for PHOTOGRAPHS and x rays, THEIR LEAFLETS STATE THIS. Give them it if you have them. Give them what they ask. I think it took just under 2 months from Pip 1 to Decision.

Meanwhile my heart goes out to all those claimants who have had a nasty, rough, tough time as I have read some dreadful experiences associated with health professionals.

Hi Wales, what a lovely reason for a first post! Thank you for telling us your good news and for your kind words about B+W :)

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Would add further that your Action care plan and Community occupational Assesment form from social services if your house had been adapted, is priceless to send in. it covers where they agree your areas of risk are. And includes your needs,
Any claimant whose house has had to be modified by local authority, would have a copy , unless you requested not to be sent one. Usually issued after leaving hospital after being diagnosed.
I had a strong sense that dwp, placed great weight on these documents. I had forgotten all about them but found them in time, to send in.. It speaks volumes, and proved my condition hadn't changed in over a decade.
