SAR DWP address

I have just sent my PIP form. Is it possible to ask the DWP all information including a possible phone call or written note from an occupational therapist who is making life very difficult whilst the DWP reviews my application?

To which address should I make the request both about my PIP and ESA. I would like to know if the new occupational therapist, has either done this herself, or contacted the DWP requesting I change from DLA to PIP, and if she is now waiting to get a copy of my PIP application.

Can I also request info in the SAR letter for anyone who contacted the DWP concerning me during this past year?

Send a separate letter for each claim, the address will be on the most recent letter from each department.

I don't know whether you can ask if anyone has contacted DWP about you but you can certainly ask for the SAT to include anything from/to a third party.

I don't see that DWP would be able to give anyone information about you or your claim. DWP could initiate a reassessment if they received a report that you were claiming fraudulently but they are more likely to book a compliance interview in these situations.

Or you can make the request in the form of a letter, as long as you make it clear that you are making a formal SAR under The Data Protection Act 1998.

Address the envelope : FAO The Data Controller, at the Benefits Office dealing with your PIP.

Write DPA 1998 SAR in front, top, left corner of envelope.

Once received, they have 40 calendar days to comply.

Thank you. But did not the govnment this April 2016 make it legal for occupational therapists and other public sector workers to link with the DWP and access/share info with each other? I remember reading this, and also was told that it was now possible for GPs, OTs, and SWs to all share info, either on the computer or by requests.

So, for PIP, I sent the SAR request to the address on the letter sent to me form PIP?
Same for ESA, I use the address on the letter sent to me?
