Pip aid or appliance

Hiya at times I need to wear a surgical corset ..this can assist mobility at times but sometime is uncomfortable and also due to muscle wastage advised not to wear it constantly ...is this an aid or appliance for pip ........it doesn't assist mobility as such it just supports the lower spine to try and stop it locking and going I to a severe spasm......if I lock or go into a spasm I need assistance from another to support my body weight thank you
