Hi to all,
I was going to send in a written request to the DWP as in regards to a SAR.
I'm having trouble understanding about the date/s I made my claim.
I originally received PIP in 2014
WAS THAT A PIP 1
now I had a renewal PIP recent assessment in july
is that a pip 1? or is it something else.
on the SAR do I put down my claim started in 2014.
or the date I filled out on the recent form....were looking at your claim again ? I'm confused
