Have any of you been subjected the the ATOS Health Professional (HP) submitting their report on you to the DWP Decision Makers, without consulting with you or seeing you?
I am Carer taking a case to Appeal Tribunal. Our situation was that ATOS HP went ahead and made a report to the DWP, with no such face-to-face consultation, no (as-promised) Home Visit, and they even admitted they lost all the extra sheets of paper that were securely stapled to the form (extra information when you can't fit it all in the basic form).
Pointedly, the ATOS HP flat refused to await me offering to send in another copy of all the 'lost' sheets of paper.
I would really like to hear from anyone who has been bumped off their benefit, or suffered a reduction, due to ATOS making a report without all the available evidence. Or in our case, no evidence at all...
