I am currently undergoing the DLA to PIP changeover. I had my assessment 3 weeks ago and today I received a letter which says they now have all the info and reports they need, but they are sorry it is taking longer than usual to give me a decision?
Is this a routine letter? Can I request the report from the assessor, or do I need to wait?

Yes it's standard letter.
PIP Decisions are currently taking about 8 weeks.
You can request a copy of the assessment report either by phone or letter to the DWP office dealing with your claim.
