Please do not post in upper case as this causes problems for other members (for example, those with visual problems who uses assistive technology to access the forum).
You are asking why you have received an EsA50 form even though you are already in receipt of ESA?
It was a main thrust of the welfare reforms that all claimants would be reassessed at intervals.
The maximum award for ESA is 3 years under normal circumstances. However, there was a huge backlog and many claimants had their reassessment delayed for several years. Things now seem to be back to 'normal' in most areas.
How often will I be reviewed
May I suggest that you bookmark/favourite this on your web browser now so that you can find it easily in future? This will allow you to return with further questions or comments about your ESA without having to start a new topic each time. It helps us enormously when everything relating to the same claim is kept in one topic - and I hope you will find it useful too
